This system fits onto a standard tabletop and features an electric motor, variable frequency drive, a human-machine interface, a pneumatic pick-and-place module and much more.

Skill Boss Manufacturing provides the necessary tools to teach or evaluate an individuals' skills as they install, adjust and troubleshoot components on this fully functional mechatronics system, applicable to both discrete parts and process manufacturing.

Skill Boss Manufacturing provides a real-world sorting and finishing process by automatically feeding parts into the system where they are rejected or accepted to continue the process. If accepted, the parts are buffed with a polishing wheel before a 3-axis robotic pick and place system picks up the part and moves it into the "finished goods" area based on its material.
