DAC Worldwide’s Axial Compressor Model (211A) depicts a highly detailed scale model depicting features of industrial axial air compressors that are commonly used in oil and gas production and transmission applications, as well as within the refining industry. Based on a common make and model of a compressor, this technically accurate, professionally crafted product is a complete to-scale replication of typical axial compressors found in industry.

Loosely based on a General Electric AN compressor and other common compressors manufactured by General Electric, Siemens, Delaval, Dresser-Rand, Man-Turbomascheinen, Elliott, Nuovo Pigone and others, the training aide includes all primary features and depicts the internal flow path.

The primary housing and secondary components are sectioned allowing for view of internal components while visualizing assembly and disassembly procedures. Convenient size, detail, color-coding, and multiple cutaways combine to allow the device to be useful in courses relating to compressor operation/maintenance and process plant equipment.

To ensure an ideal training experience, the model also includes a durable PVC base, with provisions for tabletop mounting. All of the construction throughout the model is to-scale, and the perfect 3-dimensional solution for engineering study, promotion, and training.
