DAC Worldwide’s Barrel Choke Valve Cutaway (295-711) is an actual industrial valve sample that allows for effective classroom or laboratory training in the operation, construction, and maintenance of a fixed (bean-type) choke valve.
These industrial valves are commonly used in oil and gas production operations and often found on wellhead assemblies, production manifolds, and kill manifolds.
Through carefully planned sectioning and color-coding, the complete internal configuration of the choke valve is exposed and showcased. Seal features and hardware locations have been retained, allowing for “hands-on” training in disassembly and maintenance.
