Floating Ball Valve Cutaway
DAC Worldwide's Floating Ball Valve Cutaway (295-753) is a sectioned (cutaway) valve sample for valuable classroom training in the operating characteristics, construction, and maintenance of industrial floating-type ball valves, as used in high-pressure oil & gas applications. Often selected for use in strategic, safety-related applications due to their self-sealing properties under high pressure, this specialty ball valve is often encountered in the oil patch in strategic applications.
Through carefully planned sectioning and color-coding, the complete internal configuration of the valve is exposed and showcased. Seal features and hardware locations have been retained, allowing for “hands-on” training in maintenance.
