Treater Dump Valve Cutaway
DAC Worldwide's Treater Dump Valve Cutaway (295-723) is a sectioned industrial specialty oilfield valve that allows for valuable and convenient classroom training in the operation, construction, and maintenance of on-off type dump valves used on treaters, separators, gun barrels, free water knockouts, and other common oilfield separation, accumulation and collection equipment.
Operating on hydrostatic pressure of a related column of liquid, differential pressure allows these valves to cycle automatically and dependably, releasing wastewater from separation equipment.
Through carefully planned sectioning and color-coding, the complete internal configuration of the valve is exposed and showcased. Seal features and hardware locations have been retained, allowing for “hands-on” training in maintenance.
